I had the pleasure of shooting the lovely Frankee last week. She has been working so hard for the last six months training and eating super strictly , in order to get in shape for her upcoming body building competition. Frankee wanted photographs taken in her gym Muscle Finesse in Llansamlet where we focused on photos of her with free weights in her competition bikini. We then went to her crossfit gym Reebok Velocity, in Fforestfach to do some more functional fitness shots. W
